CSS Recipes for WebKit
You can bring a new level of excitement to your websites and web applications using the advanced CSS features available in Safari and WebKit. WebKit is the layout engine that powers Safari on Mac OS X, Windows, and the iPhone OS.
Since web browsers simply ignore any CSS properties that they don’t support, most of these recipes will degrade gracefully other browsers. Webpages using properties that are only supported in Safari will have an exceptional look and feel in Safari, and will be functional in other browsers.

Adobe BrowserLab
Adobe BrowserLab is an online service that allows web professionals to test their websites on popular browsers and operating systems. Screenshots of actual browser renderings are generated in real time, with multiple viewing options to help pinpoint issues. The good news is you can use Adobe BrowserLab with Adobe Dreamweaver CS4. After installing the BrowserLab Dreamweaver extensions, you can send your current page or application directly to BrowserLab from Dreamweaver CS4 from either the “Preview in Browser” menu, alongside your locally-installed web browsers, or via the BrowserLab panel (which also provides status and progress details while BrowserLab is processing your screenshot requests). These extensions can be downloaded here
Note the limited free preview for BrowserLab is currently full, and they are temporarily not accepting new users. More in depth information from from Adobe Labs
